ZRW Asset Co. is a division of ZRW Holdings. ZRW Asset Co. is involved in the acquisition, development and management of assets both for the ZRW group as well as other enterprises.

ZRW Asset Co. has been involved in the development of commercial property for the retail sector in Western Cape and Gauteng Province. This involves the prospecting, due diligence, acquisition and financial components of the asset acquisition.ZRW Asset Co. works with assets from land and buildings to motor vehicles and equipment.

Thereafter ZRW Asset Co. can manage the asset including maintenance and lease management.

ZRW Asset Co. is also involved in preparing proposals and packaging development proposals and then supporting the client to secure the appropriate finance for the project.

Past work done

· Assistance with new businesses setup (incl. venue, processes and staffing) in several sectors—security, lighting, engineering consulting and bio-informatics from Europe and Asian parent companies.

· 2 New Shopping complex development in Southern suburbs of Western Cape Region.

· Development, project management and financing of a residential estate in East Rand, Gauteng
