CLIENT SUPPORT ZRW Limited Product Warranty All products supplied by ZRW Mechanika, T/A ZRW Solar Systems or any of its subsidiaries carry a Twelve (12) months guarantee against defective parts or workmanship, affective from the date of purchase by the end user. The following terms and conditions are applicable. a. Our products carry the certification and are manufactured by our partners in accordance with international standards and a n accredited quality management system. b. Batteries carry no guarantee under this warranty c. The product must be used according to its designed function and in accordance with the manufactures operating instructions supplied with the product. d. Any tampering with original packaging or casings renders the warranty void. Any product supplied as being waterproof and being found to have been opened will forfeit the warranty. e. The warranty requires that a valid purchase receipt as supplied by the retailer must accompany any returned product clearly showing the date of purchase. No warranty claim will be entertained without proof of purchase. f. Replacement batteries should be fitted at regular intervals and only those batteries recommended by the manufacturer or his agent must be fitted. g. Where products are described as having a prescribed lighting duration, this implies an ability to perform under perfect climatic conditions. Requiring a minimum of six hours of direct sunlight per day. Anything less than six hours of direct sunlight per day will reduce the number of hours the product is capable of supplying light. h. All solar powered lighting products require a minimum of two days charging when first purchased. Failure to carry out this pre use charging will seriously affect the batteries ability to function efficiently and will dramatically shorten the batteries useful life. i. (Any product returned as faulty and found to be working to the manufacturer’s specifications will be returned to the agent and the manufacturer reserves the right to levy an inspection charge of R60.00 (sixty Rand) per item plus a transport cost it this is applicable. j. The manufacture warrants that all his products comply with international safety standards and carry CE certification. Should any product be deemed to contain any form of hazardous material, such products will carry clearly visible warnings on the packaging material.
